PlayStation 3 is available in France since March 23, 2007. After the PS
One and the PS2, Sony intends well to impose itself once again as a leader
in the field of the game consoles in the world. But to be with the XXI century
mode, it is obligatory for a manufacturer like Sony to make converge the
numerical leisures and data-processing technology. It is numerical convergence
and it is mission successful by the PS3!
The PS3 thus has technological and numerical innovations able to make
crack all impassioned video games and the most demanding film enthusiasts
at the same time.
At the data-processing level, the PS3 has a processor Cell, very powerful,
worked out by Sony, Toshiba and IBM. Its capacities enable him to manage
the video games most powerful in term of graph. The PS3 comprises a hard
disk of 60 Go whose applications are obvious: data storage, remote loading
on Internet and improvement of times of loading of the plays.
Concerning the numerical leisures, the PS3 makes it possible to read the
DVD high definition thanks to a reader DVD Blu-ray. Blu-ray is an optical
disc which can contain 250 Go of storage (against 4,7 Go for a traditional
DVD), and thus gives access to the high definition. The PS3 also makes
it possible to be connected to Internet thanks to its built-in Web navigator.
The game console PlayStation 3 has a novelle lever now. In fact it is
simply about an evolution of Dualshock, called Sixaxis. On the level design,
not of change. On the other hand the Sixaxis lever has Bluetooth technology,
which makes it possible its happy owners to play without wire. Why Sixaxis?
Because it uses a technology of detection of movements on 6 axes, going
from right to left, from top to bottom and of before behind. The buttons
L2 and R2 are broader and analogical to give a different reaction according
to the pressure which the user exerts. A new key was added: the key PS
which makes it possible to light or to extinguish the game console without
moving and also réinitialiser the PS3. Lastly, it is enough to connect
the Sixaxis lever to port USB in frontage of the console to reload it.
PlayStation 3 is the object of the moment to buy because it joins together
the whole of the numerical leisures and this, for all the family.
